Twin Perks!

There was no way to fit the boys and the twins, the double stoller, extra large diaper bags, breast pumps, and who knows what else into my Ford Explorer so unfortunatly we had to upgrade to something larger and just a little more comfortable. We are excited about it and had to share, but we won't be visiting anyone anytime soon because I don't want to fuel up this thing!!!

Nascar-Here we are!!!

Jared has always been a fan of Nascar. Work gave use a couple of tickets so we set out for Vegas for the weekend. He was such a treat to have a weekend to ourselves-the boys stayed with there grandma in Heber. The race was a mad house they can seat something like 145,000 fans in the stands, but we had a great time and loved feeling the warmth of the sun again!

DOUBLE TROUBLE!!!!!

Most of you heard, but for those who haven't - last Wednesday I went for my eight week appointment at the doctor nad learned that we are having twins!!!! No they do not run in the family! It was the last thing I expected to hear. Absolute shock is all I can say to descibe the way I reacted. Jared and Josh are thrilled! Will keeps quoting Shrek the third "babies extra poop and extra cry" Wise beyond his years that boy!! Anyways kind of a life changing week to say the least. Thanks for everyone's kind words of support.

Catching up!

It has been forever, I left my camera at my parents for the last month and blogging just isn't the same without it! I thought I would give everyone a brief update of our lives anyway:
My sister Jessica was married Jan 18th It was a beautiful wedding and Jessica looked amazing! Her and her now husband Royce were married in the Provo temple. My mom worked so hard for months and the wedding was perfect! They then left for their honeymoon-a ten day cruise in Mexico. It was so fun to catch up and see all of our friends and family that were able to attend!
We litterally have three feet of snow on the ground and its still coming down! When have had one storm after another for the past couple of weeks. Needless to say we haven't gone anywhere and we are all getting a little restless! We are actually suppose to see sun this weekend we are all very excited!
Last, but not least we learned this past month that we are expecting are third child September 22! Joshua is so excited-he wishes for a baby sister, but I'm pretty sure we just make little boys! William, of course, doesn't quite understand-he gets upset every time we tell him that their is a baby in my tummy-pretty sure he thinks the only way I have a baby in my tummy is if I ate one!
Anyways, that is us - hopefully I get my camera soon!

SKIING!

Will didn't know what to think at first, but he caught on!

Finally a chance to hit the slopes-our first time this year! Monday night Joshua, Will and I were joined by uncles Eli and Isaac and went to Wolf mountain for night skiing. It was a blast!! Jared didn't make it because of bad roads coming home from Wyoming. This was Joshua forth year on the mountain and Will's first! Unfortunatly Josh has only spent few days a year on the mountain, but loves it more every time. He goes, stops and turns all by himself and can't wait till he can go faster and faster like his uncles. I didn't know how will would like it, but he loved it! We would ride the lift to the top and then Uncle Eli skiied backwards with Will facing him. Will is very strong and could go on his own for a few feet and the Eli would catch him and hold on while they made slow turns down the hill. Anytime Eli stopped Will would say "GO!!" It was so fun watching the boys and their excitment. It was also a treat for me to ski again-it has been at least two years. We are excited for next monday when we will go again! Thanks Eli and Isaac for spending the time with them-they have the best skiers on the mountain to learn from!!

More Christmas

Just a little carried away with the whole Christmas shopping thing... Joshua kept saying "I must have been a REALLY good boy this year!!!"

The rest of the day I spent in the kitchen preparing dinner for everyone. My parents, grandparents from Idaho and brothers and Jessica with fiance, Royce arrived at 4:30 were we first talked to Dillon who is serving his mission in Taiwan. Then ate, opened more gifts, and played with all the new fun things. We loved spending the holidays with all our family and friends. I hope everyones holidays were wonderful-see you in the new year!!

Merry Christmas!

We have had a wonderful Christmas! The boys were so fun Christmas morning! This age is so fun when they are absolutely thrilled with everything. Josh woke up first at about 8:00 He had asked Santa for a Goldfish for Christmas (because I told him I would never buy him one because they stink) While he was checking out the new fish tank Jared woke up Will. William never likes to be woken up. He said he was sick and sat in my lap not knowing what to think of the situation. Although as soon as he realized we were opening the presents under the tree that he has been looking at, but not touching for weeks he perked up quickly!! "WOOOOW!!" he would say with everything he opened, wether it was his or not.

Jared's Grandmother from Lyman came and spent a few days with us during Christmas it was such a treat to have her. I'm sure she didn't know what to think after watching the boys with all their new toys that morning, we tend to get alittle carried away.

Feeding Chevette

William always brings me our dog's dish if it is empty to feed her. I quess this morning he could not find me and decided to feed Chevette himself. In this pic you only see a small portion of the mess, he managed to get it all over the kitchen and family room! Thanks for the help Will!

Family Pictures

Here are some of our Christmas Pictures before we had them edited-for some reason I can't pull up the finished pictures-cropped, center, sepia etc. Oh well, you'll see those in your Christmas Cards!!

Kyla's Wedding

Randall and Kyla Evans

Kyla has been a friend for the past 15 years. She was baptized two years ago and over the weekend she was married in the Denver, CO Temple for time and all eternity! Jared and I left the kids at grandma's house and spent three days in Denver for the Wedding. Kyla was beautiful!! And Jared and I loved a weekend to ourselves (we hadn't done that since Will was born!) Anyways, Congradulations to Kyla and Randall it was such a treat to see you both!!
